In December 1998, Beijing Garlin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was
registered in Shuangqiao Beijing, which was regarded as “valley of medicine”. |
Meanwhile bringing Garlin Medicine Biology Technology Institute,
which was renowned in the field of medicine research into the corporation.
In order to meet the demand of economic development in Beijing and attract foreign investment, by approval of Beijing Municipal Government, Garlin Company proceeded to the reformation of stock-holding system.
Afterwards, the company optimized its assets again through capital increase and stock expansion. Merlin Chinta Investment Group became a stockholder of the company. In November 2005, the company changed its name from Beijing Honghui Biology Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd into Beijing Garlin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
The main stockholders if the company are as the followings: Merlin Chinta Investment Group, Hebei Xuanhua Engineering and Mechanism Co., Ltd, Yangpujianlong Industry Corporation, China Eagle Investment
Corporation.
